Last Sunday, I shot my Wear to Where and Makeup Mix-Up looks. And of course, I got my hair to look awesome. And then I didn’t go anywhere for the rest of the day. Isn’t how that always happens?
And my Angelica’s Favorite Things Kinda Like Oprah but Nerdier officially has a winner! And it’s none other than the lovely Life with Lolo!
Planning
Awesome: Planning another awesome week doing Wear to Where. I am simply blown away by how awesome this is turning out to be. The bloggers participating with us are truly amazing. If you missed anything, find links to Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, and Day 5 sewist and stylist tour guides.
Awkward: I don’t know why you’d plan for something awkward to happen And I don’t have anything coming up that I’m all Bill Lumbergh about, so I guess awesome/awkward doesn’t work for this one!
Loving
Awesome: Everything you love should be awesome, guys.
Awkward: Awkward love is still beautiful, yo.
Reading
Awesome: Still reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. It’s still incredible. She’s incredible. I love it. I love her. </fangirl>
Awkward: Health insurance stuff. Seriously, this is a big thing holding be back from ever wanting to run my own business. I don’t understand this junk and I don’t think I ever will. Every time I go to the dentist, she tells me how huge my tonsils are and that I should get them removed. So I started to look into who could do the surgery and based on my plan, how much I’d have to pay out of pocket. And then I drank half a bottle of wine because my head hurt.
Wishing
Awesome: I’m wishing for awesome stuff in general to happen to me this year. Why? It’s my birthday (not a cheesy ploy for a “happy birthday” comment), just saying. Celebration emojis here!
Awkward: Another category that awesome/awkward doesn’t work for. I don’t know why you’d wish for something awkward to happen. Right? Prove me wrong, people, I love it!
Feeling
Awesome: Actually, I’m just feeling awesome in general. There are so many incredible bloggers touring us through the Wear to Where series. I can’t believe that it was just an idea that Katy and I had months ago and it’s actually happening. I know, I’m talking about it so much, but it’s been ages in the making.
Awkward: No awkwardness here. Not even a totally half-hearted-because-I-don’t-really-mean-it old joke.
