Gardening in High Heels

cultivate a beautiful life

Blogger Tribe

Last year, I blogged every day for the month of May with Katy of Wild and Wanderful and Meghan of Hayes Days. We called it #BloggerMayI. It took a lot of work and planning (and maybe I popped the clutch a little too much because I eventually just petered out and came to a writing halt). Even though it was tricky, blogging with intent (and sometimes when we honestly didn’t feel like it) for thirty-one days straight actually made us better bloggers.

We visited our little corners of the web more often.  We wrote how we felt.  We met new bloggers.  And we found new favorite reads.  It was an all-around great experience.

While we eventually went back to our normally-scheduled-programs, we still wanted to encourage other bloggers, as well as ourselves, to keep writing. The Blogger Tribe with the addition of Nicole of Nicolina.co, is the culmination of that project.

I’ve written before about the importance of finding your group or “tribe” (here, here, and here) and I still stand by those words. It really helps to have a group of people who are supportive and that you can turn to when you have questions, need inspiration, or just want another set of eyes to take a look at your work before you hit publish. It’s also great to have advice from people who have been there and done that.

The Blogger Tribe is an online community for bloggers who want a free space and a tribe of badass boss ladies to have your back. We host a weekly link up called Sunday Lately, we provide resources for bloggers, and we encourage everyone to lift each other up.

Click here to join in the Facebook group for conversation, creativity, and weekly sharing threads!

Finding your tribe in the blog world is important. The Blogger Tribe is your kick ass group full of inspiration & encouragement for bloggers.
